Excellent legal commentary, Sasha. I’ve often wondered if civil suits could be brought against employers who mandated the jab to their employees. As a journalist for business and industry trade publications, I asked an attorney group if employer mandates resulting in harm or death of an employee might open the company owners up to lawsuits. At first they said yes, it could, but later retracted that reply and said no it wouldn’t because the government ordered the mandate. I responded that the government only ordered a mandate on Federal employees. Biden wanted OSHA to come out with a general mandate for companies but OSHA backed off of that. I know some small manufacturing companies that bribed their employees with $100 gift cards to grocery stores (“including liquor”). I found that repugnant and I told them so.

The question becomes:

Does PREPA confer immunity on injections that are filled with unknown toxins, heavy metals, cancer promoting SV40 nucleic sequence, billions of DNA plasmids all of which were put into covid shots and injected into the public who were promised they were safe and effective but in fact caused over 1,200 adverse side effects known to the FDA and thqt powerpoint slide with 1,200 adverse effects was even included in a daylong FDA live presentation from Oct 2020 but then disappeared from the public version.

How can deliberate malfeasance causing death and vaccine caused injuries be given immunity?
